What puts the Code-Net™ printer into a class by itself? Unlike other printers, Code- Net™ is a fully functional net based printer that offers tremendous flexibility in manufacturing, maintenance and system capabilities. Also, the use of the “Windows XP®-Embedded” operating system allows the integration of Windows® software modules directly, extending the standalone printer into a complete system solution for special applications.
Code-Net™ is designed on a flexible, modular structure that provides high operating efficiency, detailed operating analysis and diagnostic features. A highly transparent software and hardware architecture allows the printer to be easily adapted to difficult applications. Rather than being just another standalone printer, Code-Net™ integrates software, user interface and connectivity to provide a complete system.
The system is designed specifically for special and challenging applications. The graphical user interface is detailed yet simple to understand. Operator and maintenance personnel will appreciate the display of machine operating parameters together with Input/Output signals in real time. Remote diagnostics reduce downtime and on site service. Applications and development personnel will find that the transparent software concept allows easy customization for specialized applications through discrete programming levels and an integrated script model. Production Managers will benefit from the integrated yet detailed event protocol recognizing abnormal environmental conditions. The printer can notify operations and production personnel of a change in status, avoiding or minimizing downtime. Add a webcam to see the print in real time on your product.
The standard system includes an integrated solvent recovery unit, automatic phasing and viscosity control along with all the other features, which are “state of the art” in the industrial continuous inkjet world.
Net based remote diagnostics and status alerts ensures reduced service costs. Ease of access and use is provided by the transparent hardware architecture of the main systems. The ink system, which includes the ink and solvent tanks, is accessed directly through the front door. The electronics are placed in the rear area and are serviced by folding down the back cover. Access is provided from all sides, enabling service to be completed quickly and efficiently
