The FlexCode Mini is a compact, independently operating printer that can be integrated into existing production lines. It is capable of storing up to 9 labels, each of which can be selected at the printer itself. The printer(s) can be networked over Ethernet or connected by RS232 serial interface. Labels can be transferred easily by USB stick or over the Ethernet connection. A Web interface is also provided to check status, change parameters or select from the pre-loaded labels in the printer.
The Mini is designed for a range of applications e.g. food & beverage, chemical, coated and uncoated materials, lumber and the pharmaceutical industry. The small, compact integrated controller / printer comes as a single unit and contains an integrated photo sensor. An external photo sensor is optional.
TheFlexCode Mini printer is capable of printing a 1/2" (12.5 mm) tall area from a single HP45A cartridge. The Mini is configurable through software upgrades to print variable information such as date/time codes, shift codes, graphics or logos, linear barcodes and 2D barcodes. If your printing requirements change in the future, the Mini can be easily upgraded to meet the new requirements.
