B01103RD Ink, Red For use in printers with TRIDENT print heads. Compatible with OEM ScanTrue® type inks. Use with B02020CL Flushing Fluid and B03021CL Maintenance Fluid

Description:   The B01103RD is an oil-based, pigmented ink for printing with TRIDENT Drop on Demand ink jet print heads to print on a variety of porous and semi-porous substrates. This ink has also shown very good performance on many substrates including cardboard, wood, ceramic tiles etc., where the ink will dry mainly by absorption. On semi-porous substrates heating may be required to dry the ink. The ink is not recommended for non-porous substrates.

• Recommended conditions for printing: 10-40°C ambient temperature at 30-65% relative humidity.


• Pigment ink with excellent light fastness to outside light exposure.


• Good water resistance and adhesion properties when printed on porous substrates.


• Ink is non-conductive with no presence of corrosive salts.


• Red, pigment ink with excellent optical density for bar coding and/or text.

Drying: Dries by absorption. No external heating is required, if printed on secondary packaging.
