Independent Ink was established in 1939 as a custom manufacturer of inks used for government and military applications. While our production has diversified over time, now including digital inks, CIJ printers, food grade inks and more, Independent Ink is still widely known for marking inks, including our inks specifically designed for NASA manned spacecraft.
Our 73x® marking inks have unique and proprietary adhesive characteristics that allow for permanent markings even when subjected to years of direct sunlight, solvent abrasion and chemical exposure.
