1021-1Q Black Ink, Replaces Videojet 16-5600 Ink. Use with T-61 Make-Up and W-136 Wash

 Heat cured ink at 350 °F for 30 minutes to meet mil spec.

Applications:

Metal: Disc drive hubs, plated solar cells, tie wrap, chromed metal and continuous foil, hi-res printer coding, retort can applications, withstands Freon solvent, used in harsh salt water environment, prints through thin coat of oil, adheres well against caustics without curing, dry time 1-2 sec

Glass: Vials, slides, works on glass with mold release, air dry in 2-3 sec.

Plastic: Plastic bags for tortillas, PVC wrapper, rigid plastic parts, brake fluid reservoirs, applications where ink must stay on for long periods of time, will withstand gas, oil, transmission fluid, will not come off when heated, good adhesion, good dry time

Automotive:

Copper clutch plates, ink withstands 1700°F Coining process.

Muffler pipes after forming, 1021 cuts through oil and lubricants
