Our line of Poly-Treat Check Pens are specifically designed to check for Polypropylene and Polyethylene treatments on plastic substrates post-production. Similar to a magic marker, this pen comes prepackaged and ready for use.

All you have to do is mark your product with the pen, and within 5 seconds it will indicate whether your product has been properly treated up to 38 – 40 dynes. If the treatment is above this threshold, a crisp, clear mark will stay to indicate that it has been properly treated. If the treatment is insufficient, the ink will reticulate into beads.

Because this pen comes pre-packaged, the ink within is less likely to become contaminated and rendered ineffective. The pen also eliminates the need to deal with a messy re-filling process or exposure to chemicals.
